 HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH MANGE TOUT?
• Take a look through our range of gifts for the country you wish to send your gift to. 
• Select your gift by clicking on BUY
• Continue shopping or go to Check Out
• Complete the Check Out form
• You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
 
 IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON MANGETOUT.AE?
• We make every effort to ensure that your ordering information is protected while you are on our site.
• Our web site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read as it passes over the internet.
• You can tell the Secure Socket Layer encryption system is in use when a gold or blue padlock appears in the corner of your browser.
• SSL keeps others from seeing your personal information by scrambling it so that only your Web browser, and the server of our Web site, can decipher it.

• You can pay by credit card online through our website.
• If you wish to pay by cheque or cash, please use the printable fax order form available on the website.
• Cash payments can be made for clients in Dubai only.  There is a surcharge of 35/- aed for cash collection
 
 I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CUSTOM MADE GIFT HAMPER. CAN YOU DO THIS FOR ME?
 • Yes with pleasure! You tell us what you would like to include in the basket and we will prepare a bespoke hamper on cue to your specifications.
 
 I WANT TO PERSONALISE THE GIFT HAMPER I HAVE CHOSEN, CAN YOU DO THIS?
• Certainly, we can include corporate coloured ribbons, messages, personalized ribbon, customized chocolates and so much more, just ask our Customer Care team for ideas
 
 DO YOU DO SAME DAY DELIVERY?
• Orders received before 11.00am can be delivered the same day.
• Orders received after 11.00am can be delivered the next day, however if you request the same day delivery will be do our best to accommodate.
• Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday
 
 WHAT'S THE ADVANTAGE TO CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
• When you login with your username and password, it saves you time on the checkout process.
• Our system will automatically fill-in the check out form for you (except for payment information)
 
 DO YOU STOCK ALCOHOL?
• In accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we do not sell alcohol.
 
 WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK?
• Whilst every effort is made to supply items as specified, the contents of each gift are subject to availability.  Mange Tout reserves the right to substitute any items where appropriate, and guarantee that all replacements are of equal or greater value.
